We will use a low-pressure water truck mounted extraction machine. Most carpet cleaning companies use high pressure with 500 to 600 PSI of water pressure going into your carpet. You don't need that much water it's pushing the dirt deep down in the carpet fibers plus it's soaking it way too much. What we do is we have truck mounted units we set our water very hot water coming out and anywhere from 250 to 300 PSI. This will help in the dry time being faster! What the carpet cleaner does first comes in and sees what type of fiber your carpet is that will let him determine what he needs to use to pretreat your carpet and that pretreat that we spray must be very hot so those enzymes can start breakdown all the dirt and oil and stains in your carpets.

Secure all Furry Pets: Since we will be running our hoses for our truck into your home, we will have the door propped open the entire time of the carpet cleaning service. This help from your pets getting out by anyway on accident.

Move Items: Please move all personnel and firearms in a safe secure place, try to move floor plant's, any breakable items on tables or floors. We move some furniture, or we work around the heavier furniture that we cannot move on our own or are just too fragile.

Let Dry and Relax: This can take up to 3-5 hours to dry depending on the situation and could take longer, however we do carry fans on our trucks to help speed up the process. At Dustout we recommend not walking on the clean carpet, if possible, and if not wearing white socks or shoes with booties will help.

We can leave shoe booties behind for your family and friends that come over before carpet is dry to help you out just ask our carpet cleaning technician before they leave. We recommend keeping your own fans and having air circulation will help dry faster after we leave. Please leave blocks or tabs for 24 hours under the furniture.
